ADA members have the right to access and correct their personal information and privacy preferences at any time. You can also unsubscribe from our newsletter and emails or have their name and address details taken off our database at any time.
The personal information we hold about ADA members is held safely and securely and will never be sold, given or shared with any third party.

ada refund policy
EXAMINATIONS - a refund of fees will be granted providing a Doctor’s Certificate is presented to the examiner on the day of exams.
PURCHASES - a refund will be granted providing the merchandise is returned within 14 days of receiving and there is no damage to the goods.
AWARDS & SOUTH PACIFIC CHAMPIONSHIPS - as it is clearly written in the prospectus that the competitors enter at their own risk, a refund will only be granted under extenuating circumstances. Application must be made to TDF office.
ada delivery instructions
Every attempt will be made to deliver merchandise within 14 days of payment being received and processed. Merchandise will be posted unless other alternatives are available.
